MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Make changes to your order before Monday at midnight (add / edit / skip).


Add or edit your order based on the number of meals in your plan. Or, skip an order for a week.

AUTO PAY

Your order will be auto-charged Tuesday morning using the card on file unless you checkout before then.


You can also easily change the payment method on file before the cutoff.

  • How do I become a Royalty Member?

    Click to place an order and select a meal package.  If you have any issues or questions, just contact us and we can sign you up also.

  • How will you know what meals I like?

    Our system will pre-select your meals every week based on your past orders and dietary restrictions. 

  • Can I cancel my membership at any time?

    YES! You can contact us at any time with a simple email or text message and cancel your membership.

  • Since my meals are pre-selected, can I change my order?

    YES! Every week, when you get the reminder text, you can add, edit or skip an order. 

  • What happens if I don’t make any changes to my weekly order?

    Don’t worry, you’ll still get meals!  Your order will still be processed, based on your pre-selected favorites.

  • When do I get charged for my membership?

    You will be automatically charged using the card on file unless you checked out before then. 


    Note: If a card is declined, the system will attempt to complete the charge by Wednesday night.
